This 3-story project by Mitchell Design Build for Victor Self-Storage is a part of a larger complex consisting of five total buildings. A perpendicular addition was added to the existing building which created a complex roofing intersection. Two other new buildings were attached to the existing building; one as a shed building by a sister metal building company specializing in self-storage and another as a conventional flat roof building which acts as a snow drift building between the existing building and the new 3-story building. EIFS facade was applied to the exterior of the RBR siding fully on two facades and partially on the other two facades.
