Canning Line and Office Addition
Ross Construction Group | Springfield, MO
Ross Construction Group delivered a landmark expansion for Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company, earning top honors in both the Master Builder of the Year and Best of Large Manufacturing and Warehouse categories. This multi-phase project blends large-scale manufacturing efficiency with elevated architectural design, proving how pre-engineered metal buildings can meet the highest standards of form and function.
Spanning more than 119,000 square feet, the facility includes production and warehouse space, cold storage, QA labs, a wastewater treatment system, and multiple employee zones. Phase Two introduced high-end office space with DIRTT glass wall partitions, conference rooms, and break areas designed for flexibility, comfort, and a modern aesthetic.
The exterior is equally impressive. Polar White AVP wall panels and Galvalume Plus B Deck roofing provide durability and consistency, while a curved multistory curtain wall featuring digitally printed Coca-Cola branding transforms the building into a visual landmark.
From structural systems to brand storytelling, Ross Construction Group brought together precision engineering, thoughtful design, and operational excellence. This project sets a new benchmark for large-scale manufacturing and reinforces what is possible with Star Building Systems.

WRMRC Beecher Bay Response Base
Ferro Building Systems | Beecher Bay, British Columbia
Ferro Building Systems is honored for their work on the WRMRC Beecher Bay Response Base, a facility designed to support emergency response and maritime operations. Built with multi-span, double-slope frames and clad in Galvalume, Corten, and Iron Ore wall panels, the structure delivers both durability and a striking coastal aesthetic.
An energy-efficient 8-inch composite roof system provides an Effective R-27 insulation rating, supporting year-round performance and sustainability. Ferro collaborated closely with stakeholders to balance cost, function, and architectural appeal, creating a facility that enhances regional readiness while setting a new standard for government infrastructure built with steel.

Geartek Expansion
Worsham Brothers, Inc. | Corinth, MS
The Geartek Expansion, built by Worsham Brothers, Inc., showcases exceptional planning and engineering precision. This clear span facility was designed to house advanced CNC machining equipment and provide additional conditioned manufacturing space, requiring seamless integration with two existing structures that had offset elevations and orientations.
Tight site constraints and less than one inch of fabrication tolerance challenged the team to develop custom solutions for steel alignment and watertight roof transitions. Using Saddle Tan PBR wall panels and Galvalume Double Lok roofing, the project delivers strong thermal performance and a clean industrial finish.
With Skyliner insulation, bypass girts, and strategic retrofit techniques, this project demonstrates how even the most complex expansions can be executed successfully with steel building systems and expert coordination.

Mairs Livestock Feed Barn
Sargent Construction Company | Fredericktown, MO
Sargent Construction Company is recognized for delivering a high-capacity feed barn built for function, durability, and cattle safety. The clear span structure features a thirty foot wide alleyway for tractors to load feed bunks on both sides, with the center section raised for ventilation and airflow.
Holding areas with steel fencing and gates were constructed on each side of the barn to support daily operations. The structure sits on concrete walls to guard against livestock damage, with three foot slim line canopies providing added protection from the elements. Finished with Classic Green PBR roofing, the barn delivers year-round performance for a high-demand agricultural environment.

Robinson Ranch
Prestige Contractors Supply | Huntsville, TX
Built to store RVs, tractors, and heavy equipment, Robinson Ranch is a fully custom three-structure build created by Prestige Contractors Supply. Designed by Frank Robinson and James Nelson, the layout offers ample space for work and storage while maintaining long-term durability and ease of access.
Charcoal Gray PBR wall panels and Solar White PBR roofing create a clean, high-contrast appearance, while the steel structure offers long-lasting protection against the elements. With its rugged materials and thoughtful layout, this is a personal-use building with professional-grade performance.

Wildfire Ranch
Sargent Construction Company | Ewing, IL
The Wildfire Ranch Arena was built to expand access to equestrian events year-round, including youth rodeos and community training programs. Sargent Construction Company designed a clear span, double slope structure that covers an existing outdoor riding area, creating uninterrupted space and all-weather usability.
A lean-to extension provides covered seating for spectators, combining protection with comfort. The Galvalume roof system enhances weather performance, while the open interior sets a new standard for steel-built community recreation.

Tumble Time II
D.G. Granade, Inc. | Cameron Park, CA
Tumble Time II is a 15,000 square foot gymnastics facility created to support youth training, fitness, and growth. Built by D.G. Granade, Inc., the structure features insulated PBR wall panels and R38 banded roof insulation to maintain year-round climate control and reduce operating costs.
Inside, the facility includes a viewing mezzanine, offices, dance studio, and conference room, offering a complete experience for athletes and their families. The open layout, acoustic performance, and energy efficiency come together in one scalable steel solution designed for the next generation.

McGrath Selma Storage Facility
G&W Builders | Selma, CA
G&W Builders earned the Best of Production award for delivering a high-performance facility tailored to McGrath RentCorp’s storage, fabrication, and maintenance needs. Designed with a multi-span, double-slope frame, the structure features over 54,000 square feet of Light Stone PBR wall and Double Lok roof panels.
Inside, eight sixty foot fall protection tracks support safe overhead work, while the layout includes high-pile storage racks, a welding shop, tool room, millwork stations, and office space. A full-height PBR partition wall separates warehouse and production zones for efficiency.
Engineered for both safety and function, the roof includes custom point loads for exhaust systems and light panels. Star Building Systems also provided structural reinforcements to meet OSHA compliance. This facility delivers long-term flexibility, safety, and scalable productivity for a growing operation.

VCC Lawnside Building A
Archetto Construction Inc. | Lawnside, NJ
Archetto Construction Inc. delivered a 9,800 square foot pre-engineered metal building for a confidential client seeking a cost-effective solution under tight budget constraints. Built with a single slope frame, Hawaiian Blue AVP wall panels, and a True Black Double Lok roof, the structure delivers both function and visual appeal.
Chosen for its flexibility and durability, the steel building shell was completed quickly and economically. Despite its simplicity, the project includes thoughtful design touches like a cantilevered canopy, varied window sizes, and the option for stone wainscot; all adding to the building’s professional finish and long-term value.

Vernon Search and Rescue Facility
Ferro Building Systems | Vernon, British Columbia
Ferro Building Systems is recognized for their exceptional work on the Vernon Search and Rescue facility, designed to support training, operations, and storage for a volunteer organization serving over 3,000 square miles in the North Okanagan region.
The building features clear span and multi-span frames with a mix of Galvalume, Corten, and Iron Ore wall panels that offer durability and visual contrast. Unique design elements include a storefront entry, stone accent wall, and a composite roof system with eight inches of insulation, achieving an Effective R27 rating for superior energy efficiency.
Ferro collaborated closely with the architect and construction manager to balance cost, performance, and aesthetics. The offset ridge line and layout of warehouse and training spaces create both functionality and architectural distinction, making this project a model for non-profit infrastructure built with steel.

ALL CHURCH Facility
Conger Construction Group | Cincinnati, OH
Conger Construction Group delivered a modern worship and community center for ALL CHURCH, transforming an over-budget conventional design into a cost-effective pre-engineered metal building while maintaining the original vision. The facility includes a sanctuary, classrooms, and office spaces, with a clean, welcoming exterior built from Star structural components, architectural cement panels, and LGMF infill.
Clear span framing allows for unobstructed space in the sanctuary, while point loads support audio-visual equipment overhead. R38 banded liner insulation and insulated wall panels from Metal Span improve energy performance and contribute to a sleek, contemporary design. The result is a purpose-built space that blends function, efficiency, and spiritual impact.

Milford Nest Concession and Athletic Building
Conger Construction Group | Milford, OH
Conger Construction Group delivered a modern, high-performance facility to support Milford Village Schools’ growing athletic programs. As part of a multi-building project, this structure provides concession services at the football field and connects to additional facilities including an auxiliary gym, wrestling center, and locker rooms.
Built with Ash Gray AVP wall panels and Galvalume Double Lok roofing, the building combines long-term durability with a clean, cohesive appearance. The layout enhances game-day operations and improves accessibility for students and spectators. With more than 35,000 square feet of space across three structures, this project delivers lasting value to the school’s athletic campus.

AHRS Construction, Inc. | 15 Community Drive
AHRS Construction, Inc. delivered a functional and welcoming worship facility for NorthRidge Church, centered around a large clear span sanctuary. Two single slope attachments house classrooms, offices, and a commercial kitchen; creating a full-service space for worship, education, and community gatherings.
The structure features Light Stone and Ash Gray AVP wall panels with a Medium Bronze BattenLok roof system, balancing durability with a warm, neutral aesthetic. Designed for long-term use and efficient operation, this building supports both spiritual connection and everyday functionality in a thoughtfully planned layout.

High Valley Angus Ranch Operations Building
Sargent Construction Company | Fredericktown, MO
Sargent Construction Company is recognized for delivering a versatile multiuse operations facility for High Valley Angus Ranch. The building includes two heated shop bays with PBR lined walls, exterior equipment storage, and a fifteen foot lean to for fuel tanks and implements.
Inside, a divider wall separates the shop from a commercial kitchen, milking parlor, offices, and livestock pens, with each space designed for operational efficiency. Built on a two foot concrete curb wall and finished with five foot canopies for added weather protection, this structure combines everyday function with long term durability for a working ranch environment.
